Board MembersPresident, Gary LanhamGary Lanham, a resident of Coral Ridge Isles for over a decade, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to both the community and our real estate landscape. Originally from Richmond, VA, Gary pursued his undergraduate studies at Florida State University before obtaining his Masters in Hospital and Health Administration from the prestigious Medical College of Virginia.
His life in Fort Lauderdale commenced in 2000, driven initially by a career in healthcare consulting. However, a twist of fate led Gary to pivot towards real estate after his own transaction went awry. This shift was spurred by a desire to prioritize the financial well-being of individuals, akin to himself, who were navigating the complexities of buying and selling properties. This transition proved fortuitous as Gary established Lanham & Associates, Inc., becoming a pivotal player in the development of the Culinary Arts District of Oakland Park. Through his leadership, he fostered a robust business community and instilled a profound sense of pride in ownership within The Corals of Oakland Park, where he served as the President of The Corals of Oakland Park Homeowners Association. In 2014, Coldwell Banker recognized the value of Lanham & Associates, Inc., acquiring the firm. Since then, Gary's skill as a Realtor has been consistently acknowledged, with his stellar performance placing him in the Top 1% of realtors across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Notably, Gary is a distinguished member of the invitation-only real estate Master Brokers Forum. His mission remains unwavering — to contribute to the development of communities characterized by safety and escalating home values. Gary is known to passionately advocate for the transformative impact of landscaping on property values, underscoring his commitment to enhancing neighborhoods. Gary Lanham epitomizes excellence in real estate, blending a profound understanding of the market with a genuine dedication to community enrichment.
