Coral Ridge Isles consists of nearly 1,000 homes bounded by Commercial Boulevard on the South, Cypress Creek Road on the North, Dixie Highway on the West and Northeast 18th Avenue on the East. We have approximately 400 homes located on waterfront canals with ocean access under fixed bridges and another 600 homes on quiet, tree-lined streets.

Floranada Elementary is a national award-winning school and cornerstone of our community. Floranada is a straight-A rated school that features a new $14MM campus with state-of-the-art classrooms, dining, library and music facilities. Floranada is the school of choice for most of our residents and a major attraction for families with young children.
Rickards Middle School is on the West side of Dixie Highway in close proximity, and just a few blocks West on 56th Street is Northeast High -- both are outstanding neighborhood schools. Located directly across from our main entrance off Cypress Creek Road is Pine Crest School, a K-12 private school with a national reputation for excellence in education. The Eastern end of 56th Street adjacent to Federal Highway is home to Westminster Academy, another outstanding private school with a national reputation for educational excellence.
