NIGHT OUT AGAINST CRIME 2004

Every year, the homeowners in Coral Ridge Isles in conjunction with representatives from the Fort Lauderdale Mayor’s Office and Commission, the Fort Lauderdale Police and Fire Departments hold a parade down NE 15th Avenue to the Floranada Park to show unity and community commitment to fighting crime in our neighborhood.

Everyone living in the area is invited to bring family and friends and walk or ride a bicycle in this fun event. With sirens blasting and lights flashing, kids and families alike walk down the street to the park where refreshments are served and community spirit is fostered.  This event has been an overwhelming success as residents have an opportunity to meet and greet fellow neighbors and the fine men and women from the city administration, police and fire departments who protect us and provide for our security.
